The minimum kit for a master should consist of flux, preferably tested and of high quality, solder and copper braid. It is advisable to select a pricing policy in the middle segment, do not try to buy the cheapest product, since the time of cheap Chinese goods of acceptable quality has passed and everything that is sold on Chinese sites is more suitable for radio amateurs who, as a hobby in the kitchen, assemble alarm systems for their dachas. You are experts in repairing household appliances and getting money for your services, so it’s worth buying good chemicals, preferably from American manufacturers, at worst, domestically produced, but you should buy Chinese only as a last resort. Soldering iron and hair dryer The minimum tool for a master is a soldering iron; in principle, you can use it to desolder and solder any processor, but it is best to use a soldering iron with a ceramic heater and temperature control so as not to overheat the microcontroller, and it is best to also have a hair dryer with attachments for more uniform heating of the entire surface , but there is no need to overheat and fry the microcircuit black, always monitor the temperature and air flow.
